A2Z Scraplets DT Layout

Ahhhhh my favourite time of the day.....Wine Time!!!
Thanks for stopping by the blog today.
This photo was from our girls weekend away in beautiful
Queenstown. I took my colour inspiration from the green
ribbon on the hats we found in the bar.
How could be not wear them for a photo!!!

In this layout I have used one of my favourite chipboard pieces (yeah I know I say that a lot....  but I do have quite a few favourite chipboard pieces!!) The Brick Work pieces
have been coloured with Tim Holtz Distress Crayons. I apply the crayon to the chipboard and then rub it and spread it with my finger to cover the chipboard evenly.

The Wine Time chipboard title has been coated with black paint.
Debra asked the design team what chipboard pieces we would like her to make.

Enjoy your week xxx

A2Z Scraplets DT Layout

Good morning xxx

Tanya here sharing another A2Z Scraplets DT layout with you.
This layout has one of my favourite most versitile packs of chipboard wordlets. I love the all the wordlets, the word cute
is from the Funny Wordlets set. All the words in any of the sets a
re prefect for a simple little title on your layout.

My chipboard pieces have been left natural with some crackle
accents on them.

A2Z Scraplets DT layout

Well hello there.

On this layout I have used 2 different chipboard pieces. The Intricate Clock comes in 2 different sizes, medium size
is the one I have used.  I have cut the Lacy Doilies
chipboard piece in half. These chipboard pieces come in
pack of two. On this layout I have left my chipboard
pieces raw. There are a few ink splotches on them from
where I have splattered ink onto my page.

A2Z Scraplets August challenge DT layout

Well hello there. Thanks for popping by xx
Today I'm sharing my inspiration layout for this months
challenge at A2Z Scraplets. Be sure to check out their blog.

The mood board colours this month are red, black blue and
yellow. I have chosen to just use the red and black as it
suits the colours in my photo.
The mood board had butterflies on it too. I chose not to
add these to my layout because there was certainly no
way I felt delicate and free like a butterfly when I was
running the 21km Gold Coast half marathon.
I felt the complete opposite....hehehehe

The title best friends has been embossing with grey colour
blast embossing powder. This was after I painted the best with
paint and friends with a crackle paint which failed big time. Embossing powder is a wonderful tool for covering up errors
and failures.

The Scribbly Circle frame comes as a set of 5 pieces
and that has been painted with black Kaisercraft paint.
