My Scrap the Girls layout isn't very girlish this month.

The gold and black colour scheme suited these photos 

of my daughters last school sports carnival costume 

just perfectly.

This photo is from a recent holiday in New Orleans 

to celebrate Ian's 50th Birthday. 

These men certainly partied like they were 

teenage boys again!!!

Scrapbooking Top 50 Australia February Challenge 

This is my first time taking part in the 

Scrapbooking Top 50 Australia's challenges. 

What a great challenge this month. I love this photo 

of my gorgeous friend Kelly and I in Las Vegas. 

Orange isn't a colour that I wear much but I do love 

buying orange papers and embellishments for my 

scrapbooking. So glad that Kelly happened to be wearing 

orange so that I could use orange for this challenge.

Looking forward to next months challenge :)

White with 1 - February Challenge

White with 1 February Challenge 

White with 1 challenges are a favourite of mine. 

I love doing these challenges incorporating white 

and one other colour. I always seem to use minimal paper 

but enjoy playing with inks, mists, paints etc. 

With this layout I used my new favourite -  Colour Blast paste. 

If you don't have any I highly recommend you get some....OMG 

they are just devine, they are so easy to use! 

I also have a new favourite crackle stencil 

which is from Kaisercraft. I like this stencil as 

the cracks suited the walls in this photo taken 

of us while we were taking part in 

the Seattle Underground tour. 

This is something I also recommend if you are ever 

in Seattle, such an amazing tour.

appropriate for this photo of us Wine Club girls on 

our annual girls weekend away in Hamilton Island.
