Vintage Car card - Paper Rose

Good morning all

So many gorgeous new stencils from Paper Rose and this one
is just perfect for men and boys cards.

The stencil I used is the 18394 Pipes StencilI love how
easy these stencils are to use with a 18454 blending brush
and some distress oxides.
I used three different coloured brown distress oxides, blended the colours and once I removed the stencil I lightly sprayed the stencilled area with water to give it the speckled look.

The  17607 Vintage car was stamped using Archival ink onto a
circle die cut from the 16548 Stitched Circles Dies.
The sentiment was cut using the 17457 Cheers Layered die.

Thanks for popping by....Tanya x

Paper Rose - Shaker Card

Howdy all.
Here's a little card I made using some more wonderful
Paper Rose products.

I coloured the background white cardstock with Colour Blast
Colour Shimmer Dust - Lush by sprinkling the colour onto
the cardstock and then spraying it with water. Once dry I
die cut the piece using 16576 Stitched Rectangles die.
The white card was cut using the 16853 Spot Background die
I actually cut five of these. I glued four together and stuck
it onto the green card. The little seedling sprinkly stuff
was added to the holes and then a piece of acetate went
over the top followed by another spot on the top.
This is how I make the shaker card.
On the top I added the 17472 Layered Thanks sentiment and
cut some flowers using the 18168 Blossom dies.
And wallah.....you have this simple yet gorgeous card!

Happy New Year - Celebrate with Paper Rose

Happy New Year to you all.
Today I'm sharing my first Paper Rose blog post for 2020.
Super excited to be staying on with them for another year.

I thought I'd make a celebrate card to celebrate the New Year. Doesn't seem like there is much to celebrate in Australia
at the moment. These fires that are destroying our gorgeous
country are just horrendous.

This card has been made using the new 18391 Hud Stencil. I have
just used light moulding paste to create this background. Any
type of paste, paint or spray would do the job.

I have cut out some circles using the smallest two dies from
the 16548 Stitched Circles dies and the paper I have used is

AND last but not least. The sentiment I used was the

Thanks for stopping by. For those of you near the bushfires,
please please stay safe.

Scrap the Girls - January 2020

Happy New Year everyone.
Today I am sharing my very last design team layout for
Scrap the Girls. I have had a wonderful time on this team
and sadly I am saying good bye. Hopefully I find the time
in my busy little lifestyle to scrap a challenge or two
throughout the year.

This months challenge is all about Boho - texture,
pattern, weave etc. I made some paper circle flowers using
scrap paper. Each circle was torn and sprayed with water and
the edges were rolled slightly. I liked the circles on
the inspiration picture and decided to make my own.

Thanks for stopping by - have a fabulous 2020 xx
