Elegant Flourish - Paper Rose Cards

Hello all
Hope you've survived the chocolate coma from Easter.

Today I'm sharing a few cards that I have made using
Paper Rose products. The first product that I  used on all
three cards is the 16617 Elegant Flourish Small die

On two of the cards I have added the flourish that was cut out
using the die and on the third card I have used the negative
piece that the die cut came from.

All tags on the cards were cut from the
16575 Stitched Rectangles dies and the sentiments
stamped on the cut out rectangles.
The sentiments used are

Paper Rose Vintage Style Cards

Good Morning and thanks for stopping by x

Time to share some more cards I have made.
I do love a little bit of hand stitching on cards, it
gives that extra bit on a personal touch.

On all of these cards I have used a die that I love. It's a
texture die that I use bits of. I very rarely use the whole
cut out piece. I  love this die because you can cut little
bit out here and there to change the look of the pattern, it
makes the die more versatile.

The Paper Rose products that I have used are:-

ARTastic April DT Challenge Layout

Good morning scrapbookers.
Today I'm sharing a layout that I have done for this
months ARTastic Challenge.

The criteria is to scrap a photo of pets. Eric is my daughters dog, he thinks he's human...ok we probably treat him like he's a human but he's still our pet so that counts then...right??

I chose these papers because of the stripes in the cat picture
and the orange tones were similar to whats in the picture and matched my photo too.

I hope you can join in our challenge this month. If you don't
have a pet just take a photo of a random pet of someone's else...hehehe

Our Family - Sketchy Boards April Layout

Hello.....
Today I'm sharing a layout I have done for this months
Sketchy Boards Challenge.

I must say, I do love playing around with Distress Oxides.
Probably one of the best things about them is they don't
stain your hands as much as the Distress Inks and other
mists and sprays. For me that is a win, I hyperventilate
at the thought of inky hands! hehehe

Hopefully you can find some time to participate in our
challenge. It's a great sketch this month.

Paper Rose - Baby Cards

Good Morning xx
Time to share some more cards with you.

I have used Baby Doodles Stamp Set(17895) on these cards,
it is from the January new release and they are very cute.

Another new release are the Baby Sentiments 2 Stamp set(17910)
I have used It's a Boy on this card.
I've also used the wonderful Circle Frames Stitched Dies (16916) to cut out the circle that I have stamped the aeroplane onto. I don't know anyone that can cut a half decent circle, that's why circle dies are just so good.

Welcome Little One is from the Baby Sentiments 1 Stamp Set (17907).
Such a cute title for a card. Great if you want to make a card in advance and you don't know the sex of the baby.

Another sentiment from the Baby Sentiments 1 Stamp Set (17907)
and again it's perfect for any sex.

Hello....White with One DT layout - April 2019

Good morning
Today I'm sharing my layout for this months challenge at
White with One. The colour is Pretty in Pink, if you hadn't
already guessed by the colours I used.
I love this photo of little Miss Lacey.

On this layout I have used some Paper Rose dies and stamps.
I have used the Victorian Oval Lattice Frame Die, I cut
the outside flourish part using patterned paper and
the inside lattice part I used plain pink paper.

The leaves have been cut from the Leaf 1 Dies pack which
contains 2 sizes of these leaves.

The title that I have used is from the Layered Hello Die Set
I have only used the top part of the die, I have cut it out
several times to give it a bit of height so it looks raised.

The final Paper Rose items that I have used on my layout
are some flowers stamped using the Doodle Flowers Stamp Set.
I have stamped them in a light grey ink and lightly painted
over them with a metallic pink paint before fussy cutting
them out.

Hopefully you can find some time to join in with this months challenge. If you wish you can use the sketch as inspiration
but it's not necessary if you'd rather not use it.
Pop over to the White with One page to see what the design
team member have done.
Have a lovely day....Tanya xx

Scrap The Girls layout - April 2019

Well hello xx

This morning I am sharing a layout that I have done for
this months challenge at Scrap The Girls
Funny how layouts turn out sometimes. This is nothing like
I had envisioned, completely the opposite in fact, but I
like the simplicity of it.

A bit of black paint smeared onto my kraft cardstock,
a few embellishments and some hand drawn lines and black
squares around the edge of the layout.

Hopefully you can find some time to join in with our challenge.
Tanya xx
