Paper Rose Mixed Media Stamped Cards

Howdy!!

Time to share some more cards with you.
Today I'm sharing cards using Paper Rose Mixed Media Stamps.
I've used them plain, just stamped with black ink but they would look so good if used with embossing powder or distress oxides.

The stamps that I used were 17856 Mixed Media 1 Stamp Set
There are two other mixed media stamp sets, all just as awesome as this set.

The frame that I have used is 17778 Card Creator 2 Die . On one card I have added two die cuts from this die, one card I have added one die cut and the other card I have used the left over cut out squares from the the die.

Of course I have used a favourite die,
16575 Stitched Rectangles dies are perfect to use and stamp your sentiment onto.

I have used the same sentiment on all three cards.

On the card below I have also used 16787 Leaf 2 Die to add to my flower cluster.

Thanks for stopping by, have a fabulous week.
Cheers - Tanya xx

Paper Rose cards using Hummingbird Garden Stamps

Good Morning

I don't know about you but I love these hibiscus flowers
And if you are like me and failed colouring in at school you can
use Distress Oxides to colour your paper and then stamp onto it.
Another good thing about this stamp set is that you can purchase
the 17476 Hummingbird Garden Die Set to use to cut out any of the pieces in this stamp set.

Other dies and stamps that I have used to make these cards are -
16916 Circle Framed Stitched Dies. I used one of the circles
from this set to cut out the circle on the card.

16475 Thanks So Much Stamp is such great stamp to use on any
thank you card.

16419 A Lovely Day Stamp is another of my favourite
sentiment stamps.

17052 You're So Sweet Stamp is the same font as the
as the other two stamps and also perfect for cards.

Thanks so much for popping by and having a look at the cards I
have made. If you love these stamps and dies, jump on the
Paper Rose facebook page or website and have a look at what
else is available

Love you Mum - ARTastic DT layout May 2019

Good morning

So the criteria for this months challenge at ARTastic is
to use flowers on your layout.
Instantly I knew I had to scrapbook a photo of my mum
because she loved flowers and plants. Her garden always
looked and smelled amazing.

I just wished I had good photos of mum's gardens to have used.
And I love that the flowers in the inspiration artwork are of daffodils - mum grew rows and rows of daffodils that were sold
to raise money for Daffodil Day. And to think that Cancer was
what eventually took her life...

Paper Rose Quatrefoil Cards

Hi Everyone

Todays cards are made using the Paper Rose Quatrefoil
layer and background dies. I just love these dies. So
many options of how to use them. These cards I have made
show three different ways of changing up the dies to give
different looks.

Our cute little friend - White with 1 DT Layout

Hi there.
Time to share this months layout for White with 1.
How could I not scrap a photo of our puppy Eric after seeing
those gorgeous photos in the mood board picture.

Having so many brown embellishments in my stash it was
pretty easy to do this layout. Hardest part was choosing
what not to put on the page.

I hope you can join in with our challenge. It's simple, create
a layout on white and add some brown. Just make sure white
is the main colour in your layout. Looking forward to seeing what you create.

Love you - Scrap the Girls DT Layout

Well ... Hello

What a gorgeous sketch this month at Scrap the Girls.

Sometimes a scrap layout can take days to do and sometimes
an idea comes into your head and you create just what you
want in about an hour. This layout was one of those quick
hour layouts. Not only was it quick to do but it turned out
just how I had envisaged. Winner winner!!

I love this photo of our daughter Leah and thought it would
be perfect for this layout.

The photo was a screenshot from one of our staff members
instagram account. He drew this picture of Leah and we
actually have it framed on our wall. He was practising
his shading and shadowing and has done a fabulous job
don't you think??

I hope you find some time to enter our challenge this month.
This sketch is so easy to follow. I've used some gesso and a
stencil that I had in my stash, painted roughly over some of
the gessoed flowers and added a few pieces of scrap paper
layered and a couple of flowers. So simple yet effective.
Go on.... give it a go.
